This policy covers orders placed at https://wiki-peps.com for WikiPeps Kit injection-supply kits. Our products are general injection supplies — insulin syringes, alcohol prep pads, and sharps accessories. We do not sell peptides or any other substances.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. [FOUNDER: Update this section with your actual fulfillment lead times.]
Shipping methods and timeframes
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Shipping costs

Lost or delayed shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at support@wiki-peps.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & refunds
General supplies — hygiene and safety policy
Because our products are medical-adjacent injection supplies (syringes, prep pads, sharps accessories), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a firm policy and not subject to exceptions.
Unopened items
Unopened, factory-sealed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (minus original shipping costs). To initiate a return:
- Email support@wiki-peps.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@wiki-peps.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Contact us immediately at support@wiki-peps.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the return process above applies.
